Outdoor Campus and Wilderness Park
We could've explored at the Outdoor Campus and Wilderness Park for the entire day. We still haven't seen everything. We started at the front of the campus building where you cross a bridge over a stocked pond. They offer free classes on fishing, hunting, and other outdoor skills for all ages. Inside there are exhibits set up where kids can climb, go through tunnels, and learn about local wildlife. All of this area is stroller friendly and the main campus has a nice bathroom and water fountains, so it is perfect for a family trip. M's favorite space is a clearing with logs and branches that you can move around to create different structures. It reminds him of "the forest" on his cousin's farm and if we only ventured to this spot, he would leave happy. We've been here twice. Once alone, and a second time with a new playdate friend we met online...it's like online dating for moms when you're trying to meet people.
That albino beaver sure is creepy...

Update: We took EZ here and had the boys loved showing him around!
